Plump hill pool is situated on the Cinderford to Mitcheldean road, heading in the Mitcheldean direction.
It is the smallest water ran by the RFODAC, due to its long bankment and shallow depths it is ideal for younger anglers for its safety reasons.
Although it sets an ideal environment for younger anglers it stills boasts an impressive head of fish and stunning surroundings.
As per the club permit fishing the far bank is prohibited & no keepnets to be used at any time.
Carp (mirror & common), Eel, Roach, Skimmers and even Goldfish can be found in Plump Hill.
